FAQ

What makes your practice unique?

I specialize in uncovering the root causes of emotional and psychological challenges, aiming to explore and understand the underlying issues that contribute to present difficulties

In therapy, we use a client-centered approach and work together to come up with solutions. Therapy is a safe, non-judgmental space where we work together to provide you with the tools and skills you need to overcome challenges. We will use a variety of modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and more. I tailor therapy to your needs and situation. Don’t expect a one-size-fits-all approach.

Do you accept insurance or provide superbills for reimbursement?

Elevate Psychology, LLC operates as a self-pay practice and is not in network with any insurance company. Upon request, we will provide a detailed receipt (superbill) with the necessary codes for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Please note that it is your responsibility to submit these receipts and manage any reimbursement directly with your insurance company. Diagnoses are required to be attached to superbills, which can potentially expose sensitive information. This requirement conflicts with our commitment to prioritizing privacy and creating a space where clients feel safe to explore their concerns without external pressures or the need of a diagnosis to have their treatment covered by insurance.
